Coca Cola World Cup 2010 Street Celebration

Recently I created a concept and directed Coca Cola TV and web commercials. The ads for FIFA World Cup 2010 correspond with Coca Cola’s Goal Celebration global communication platform. The videos feature regular people on the streets celebrating and mimicking famous football players with their iconic on pitch goal celebrations.

What sets this project apart is that the videos we made while casting for potential actors came out so good and bursting with energy (it was one of those rare situations when everybody involved showed genuine enthusiasm for the idea) that the client requested to edit the TVC from casting material! :-) Consequently, the sequel was also done in the same authentic, documentary style…
